Is the footage exclusive? +
No. The library and requested location footage are shared, non-exclusive resources unless a separate written exclusivity agreement is arranged.
Can you film my storefront? +
Location requests cover general public places and landmarks. Footage focused on your own premises, signage, or private property, with exclusive rights, is custom work we quote separately. Reach out to personalize your membership.
What if weather delays my request? +
An unfulfilled Business Pro location request carries into the next cycle when weather, access, airspace restrictions, or scheduling prevents the flight.
What happens when I cancel? +
Anything you licensed while a member stays licensed in the projects you already finished, with no takedowns. After your cancellation date you can't download new files or use the footage in brand-new projects.
