Is the footage exclusive? +
No. The library and requested location footage are shared, non-exclusive resources unless a separate written exclusivity agreement is arranged.
Can Business Pro film my storefront? +
Location requests cover general public places and landmarks. Dedicated footage focused on your premises, signage, or private property is quoted separately.
What if weather delays my request? +
An unfulfilled Business Pro request carries into the next cycle when weather, access, airspace restrictions, or scheduling prevents the flight.
What happens when I cancel? +
Your license ends with the membership. The agreement requires footage to be removed from active use and deleted within ten days.
